I took 2 of the 7 point Baha Breeze Stars from the Star Bright Designer Series Ornaments Kit. I covered one side of each star with VersaMark and then covered each star with Iridescent Emboss Powder and heated each star with my heat gun. The result was two very glittery stars. Following the score lines and folded each star so that it would "pop out". Using my Tombow glue I put a light line of glue around one star leaving one of the "upside down V's" between 2 points. This is so I would have an opening in the star to put it on the top of the tree. I carefully lined up the stars and pinched the glued edges together. There is a little time before it dries to pull an area apart and realign it. I love the way it turned out!

On Board Trinkets Ornaments
If you want to make fun but simple Christmas Ornaments with your kids this is the perfect kit! It comes with the Chipboard and Designer series Star Bright Paper. Everything is precut so all you have to do is punch it out and glue it together. There are tons and tons of pieces. There are at least 2 paper die cuts for every Chipboard die cut so you can glue front and back. This is the icicle die cut. I wanted it to have some shimmer so using my VersaMark Pad I covered one side of the paper, I sprinkled iridescent ice Emboss Powder over the whole thing and embossed it. I applied Stampin' Up! glue stick to the chip board and glued the paper and chipboard together. I repeated the process for the other side of the ornament. (Just a note: I do recommend the Stampin' Up! glue stick for this project. It sticks much better than other brands. It doesn't dry and peal away.) I used my crop-a-dile to punch a hole in the top and strung silver elastic cord through the ornament so it will hang on the tree. I plan on doing a bunch of these with my kids.
