Happy Sunday everyone. I hope your day was relaxing and refreshing.Every Sunday is call home to mom and dad day. They live about 12 hours from me so I love talking and catching up with them and often hearing about my siblings and nephews and nieces. My mom isn't a scrapbooker but she is a quilter. She has a group that gets together twice a year and quilts. The ages range from 7 to 70! Last spring I had the opportunity to attend the quilting day. Here are some pictures of that day.
Every time they get together they decide on a style of quilt to do. This is called a friendship quilt. Each person had to bring a certain number of dark squares and a certain number of light squares cut from their scraps. On the day of the event they exchange squares and make their quilts.
One of my aunts working on her quilt.
Another thing that the quilters do is bring projects they have made.See the lines or patterning in the individual fabric pieces That is called meandering. A stitch design done with a computerized sewing machine.
Have you checked out the clearance rack at the Stampin' Up! store yet? Check back tomorrow and I will show you a cool project I did with some of the Designer paper on clearance.

It's known that money can make us free. But how to act when one does not have cash? The one way only is to receive the credit loans and just credit loan.
