I love Monogram cards and stationary. A friend of mine helped me out a few weeks ago so I thought I would make her a few monogram cards. I used the retired Ginger Blossoms paper and retired ribbon originals. However, these would be sooo easy to do in any color. The paper is all from the same pack I used various combinations of the prints so that they would all be a little different but yet look like a set. That is what I love about Stampin' Up!'s paper. Each set is made to coordinate so I don't have to spend time trying decide if it matches. At the same time each pack offers just enough variances in color and print that if you are scrapbooking or card making you can make them look completely different. For the monogram I stamped the C from Lovely Letters alphabet using one of the color of inks from the paper. I punched those out with my 1 1/4 round punch. I then punched a 1 3/8 circle from a piece of colored card stock that was the same as the ink. I punched another circle with my scallop punch and mounted them all on each other. Scallop, colored circle, circle with initial on it.
